The MISSION of Eyes of Hope Home Health, LLC is to provide services to clients in their home setting, which enhances their quality of life while maintaining quality care.

The success of our program is accomplished by our staff that is committed to quality and have the necessary skills to provide care ordered in an alternative care setting such as the home. Our quality is maintained because all levels of management and support staff are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

All administrative personal are responsible in determining and establishing standards for quality of service in his/her areas and for establishing the quality of the process while continually striving to improve it. The further success of our agency is dependent on our ability to maintain the highest level of quality care.

This mission statement is the vision shared by all our staff who participate, no matter at what level of expertise, in program modification to maintain a quality environment in both the office and clients home setting.
